How to request a refund

Email support@captainwaltsguide.com with the email address you used at checkout (an order number helps but isn't required). We'll process your refund within 2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Who processes your refund

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem. Refunds are issued through Creem to the card or account you paid with.
